Change Save Directory To A Writable Location

Hi,

Thanks for the wonderful toy! Been having fun with it, but noticed a problem saving a new instrument I made. I am running windows 10 Home and it defaults to the Programs x86 directory for saving, but newer operating systems don't allow programs to write to that location. Most folks use the Documents or Program Data directories to get around this limit.

I just save it to Desktop and moved it to the program folder and it works fine, but many people may either not think to do that or find it too much of a bother (or if they don't have Admin Stuff on the computer they are using they wont be able to do it at all!).
